Last June 9, 2015, Datamart Inc. of Wesley, Mass. has announced that The Boston Globe Newspaper has upgraded the communications system of around 1200 users to ShoreTel unified communications with contact center capabilities, realizing improved communications, added mobility and projected cost savings of $1.6 million over five years.
Over the past few years, The Boston Globe, a multimedia source of news and information, has had troubles due to its outdated phone system that was no longer supported and lacked necessary mobility features.
