The Platinum Award for “Stellar Customer Service” in the area of Technical Support was awarded to Milestones Systems at the SSI Stellar Service awards, announced in the ESX show held in Baltimore, Maryland, USA, on June 24-26. Nomination and voting was done by readers of the Security, Sales & Integration magazine. The nominations were generated through an open-ended questionnaire supplied to subscribers of the magazine. The magazine’s circulation counts over 175,000 installing contractors, system integrators, and dealers throughout North America.

As a winner of SSI’s Stellar Service Awards, Milestone joins an elite group of award recipients. These awards are unique because the winners are nominated and voted for by our readers – no pre-selection or drop-down option influences their choices. The purpose of the Supplier Stellar Service Awards is twofold. We wanted to establish a vehicle to allow suppliers that go above and beyond to deliver premium support and service to be rightly recognized for those efforts, and to create a valuable feedback mechanism that facilitates security dealers and integrators communicating voice-of-the-customer opinions.

The winners will also be featured in SSI magazine’s July issue.
